Garden

Today's green space is... my garden. This may be the last glorious day for a while, so I did a bit out there - potted up some seedlings, hung out some laundry. At the moment there is perpetual spinach going to seed all over the place. Pouring out from behind the neighbour's shed is a splendid wisteria, a shame it is blocked from view, behind the cherry tree, unless I go to the bottom of the garden. The scent of it is fading, now; for the past few days it was potent and wonderful. Succeeding so far in the seed trays: Anno Giallo beans, Bijou mangetout peas, and Boltardy beetroot.
